What’s your returns/exchanges policy?

Wild Find branded items are created with a drop shipping company to reduce warehouse space and to create less waste than conventional manufacturing. Due to the nature of this industry, we don’t offer traditional returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hellowildfind@gmail.com! 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hellowildfind@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Other Artists

Items and products produced by artists have their own refund/return policies. Please contact hellowildfind@gmail.com if you have an issue with your order and you will be connected with the artist.
